A Great Cabernet Franc ! DPR, Vineyards: Located on plain in the Grave zone in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, Northeast of Italy, in a special area of Rondover vineyards, which is called Sugano in the agricultural register. Growing System: Spur cordon. 4000 vines per hectare and the yield is 80 ql/Ha Wine Making: The grape-harvest is at the end of September after a careful selection of the grapes.The red wine-making is thermally controlled and the maceration of the skins lasts 15 days. NEXUS - Friuli Grave DOC Production area: alluvial plain of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, west of Grave, the town of Azzano Decimo. Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Vineyards: form of cultivation Guyot, 4,000 plants per hectare, yield 60 quintals / ha. Harvest: I / II week of October. Winemaking: diraspigiatura followed by 15-20 days of stay fermentation on the skins in steel tanks at controlled temperature (26-28 ° C), after pressing, fermentation continues in small oak barrels where it ages for about 16 months.
