Meditation wine, structured, complex scent and body.
Excellent accompaniment for red meat dishes. Uncork
1 hour prior to drinking to allow the necessary
oxygenation.

Various:
Mastrobono is a symbol of new friendship for La
Quercia, of traditions, of love for the territory. It is a
tribute to Mastro Melchiorre Bono, minor sculptor, not
well known and like many other figures who greatly
contributed to their territory, perhaps forgotten.
The grapes are harvested manually and crushed
within the following two hours. At the end of quick
fermentation the must is placed in steel tanks where
slow fermentation occurs, then it is cleaned and
allowed to rest for about six months after which it is
decanted in oak casks where normal maturation and
natural micro-oxygenation occurs. It is then bottled
and
refined for six months minimum.
