Special 120.00 Case 12 Bottles of Cataldo Syrah and Cabernet. Region Sicily island. Appellation Indicazione Geografica Tipica Grapes Syrah 60% and Cabernet Sauvignon 40%. Vineyards Selected vineyards of north-west Sicily region. Vinification Hand picked selected grapes from vineyards in the north-west part of Sicily. Grapes destemmed, crushed and extraction on the skins conducted with 12 days of maceration 25 C. in stainless steel fermenters. Characteristic Ruby red with violet undertones. Bouquet fine, intense spices notes of pepper, cloves and ripe fig fruit matured. Dry taste rich luscious, soft and full long aftertaste. Clean and full bodied. Serve at 18 C.
