Zinfandel Coturri Estate Vineyards We planted our Estate Zinfandel in 1975. Our vineyard is 5 acres. It's dry farmed meaning there isn't any irrigation. The only water the vines receive is the winter and spring rains. The yield is quite small, usually around 3 tons. The concentration of flavors and taste is astounding. This wine has black fruit in the nose, a very sweet mid-palate and good balancing acidity in the finish. A good wine to be served with blue and soft ripening cheeses, hardy stews and bittersweet desserts. Certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers since 1993. Only 150 cases produced. $32.00/Bottle |

Zinfandel Freiberg Vineyards This is one of the most unique zinfandels that you will ever have the opportunity to taste. The reason for this phenomenon is that the fruit in this particular vineyard is affected by boytritus, or the noble rot, that give the great Sauternes of France their character. The resulting wine has an exquisite nose of honeyed melons and apricots followed by and explosion of ripe fruit on the palette and finished with a wonderful and concentrated acidity. It is ultra rich and as such needs pairing with foods such as strong flavored cheeses, dry rubbed meats such as chicken or pork, and seasoned grilled vegetables. It will also work well as a dessert wine paired with bittersweet chocolate recipes or simply poured over fresh fruit wedges and chilled. 475 cases produced. $25.00/Bottle |

Cabernet Sauvignon Testa Vineyards Mendocino County 2007 was the Testa Family's 95th Harvest. The fourth generation is starting to care for the vines under Jim Testa's supervision. This is a great tribute to a family and a great honor for a winemaker to work with such grapes and a family with such lineage. Their Cabernet vineyard was 8 years old in 2005. The vineyard is 6 acres, 1700 feet in elevation, red soil and dry farmed. The 2005 Testa Cab is made from very small berries and exhibits silky skin tannins that carry it's remarkable Cabernet Sauvignon fruit. A dense, dark wine that is both brooding and appealing. Tony feels this wine has excellent cellaring potential and can be consumed now through 2020. This is a classic Cabernet of yesteryear, that wants to be paired with an aged steak, grilled eggplant brushed with olive oil, or a decadent chocolate dessert. Certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers since 2005. 550 cases produced. $32.00/Bottle Case Discount 10% is Automatically Applied, The Discount also applied to Mixed cases |

Merlot Maclise Vineyards The Maclise Vineyards have gone through many changes over the years. It was originally planted to Cabernet Sauvignon, but the area itĘs in was too cool. Gew?rztraminer was next. It grew very well there but the varietal was out of favor. Then in 1993 Merlot was planted and it has done very well. The vineyards are located in an area called Sobre Vista; a cool region perfect for Merlot. 2005 was a great vintage, slightly cooler than 2004. The Maclise Merlot from this vintage is very deeply colored, silky, streamlined and focused. A ripe dry cherry nose, finely textured mid palate and smooth acid finish characterize this wine. This wine will match well with grilled foods, marinated and grilled lamb, smoked eggplant or simply enjoyed with a nice triple cream brie and crusty sourdough bread. Only 420 cases produced. $27.00/Bottle Winery Name: Winery: Coturri |

Dark color, full and ripe fruit and an acidity that is almost viscous in it texture are hallmarks of this great wine. Classic Sonoma Valley Syrah at its best.
