Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio (red) Varietal: 100% Piederosso This is a wine produced with Piedirosso grapes from the best positions of VESUVIO VULCANO. Intensly ruby-red, almost garnet-coloured, with orange retlections, it has a rich, full, sustained perfume, and a complete, austere, harmonious flavour. It has an alcohol content of 12-12,5 degrees, and 6-7%~ of total acidity. It should be served at 18 degrees, with roast red meats, game, dishes garnished with truffies, and cheese.
