| 2006 Praxis Viognier Lodi Current Vintage This is our fifth vintage from the same vineyard in Lodi. Although we are a Sonoma County winery, the warmth of the growing conditions there are closer to the climatic conditions of the Southern Rhone Valley in France. Bill feels the Viognier grapes need more heat than we can get in Sonoma County to fully develop their varietal characteristics. He selected the Geneva clone of Viognier which imparts less floral aroma and more flavors of peaches and apricot to the wine. The wine was fermented in stainless steel to retain the purest expression of the grapes. Case Discount 10% is Automatically Applied, The Discount also applied to Mixed cases |

The 2007 Saracina Sauvignon Blanc is a penetrating, sharply focused wine that shows the complexity of old vines and old clones. The palate is crisp and mouth-watering but with an intense mouth-feel and long finish that are products of the extended lees aging and batonnage. The aromas of lime, pink grapefruit, white peaches and jasmine recall a Loire-style sauvignon blanc. This vintage is our most uncompromising, mineral-laden sauvignon blanc to date. Limited Production: 1246 cases Case Discount of 10% Automattically Applied, Also to Mixed Cases Winery Name: Winery: Saracina |

The classic roussanne/viognier aromas of orange blossoms, honeysuckle, jasmine and dried yellow fruits are evocative of the Northern Rhone. The broad, lush palate and harmonious acidity reflect the low-yield, alluvial gravelly clay loam soils and the warm climate of the inland Sanel Valley, which are ideal for white Rhone varietals. A wildflower honey tone adds complexity, and the wine finishes dry but with richness and persistence. Limited Production: 784 cases (allocated/unavailable) Cases Discount of 10% Automatically Applied, Also to Mixed Cases Winery Name: Winery: Saracina |
